Insurance Certificate
First Item
Provide an insurance certificate and there are no additional costs to our rentals. Insurance certificates shall have the following listed as certificate holder/loss payee:

Umbrella/Excess Liability Policy Occurrence form
Third Item
Equipment Property Coverage
(i.e. Inland Marine, Leased & Rented Equipment, Property Insurance including contractors equipment on and off premises, Contractors Equipment Policy, Misc Equipment)
Limit-$100,000 or replacement value of the rented equipment, whichever is greater
Coverage to be 'All Risks" of direct physical loss
Deductible to be no more than $2500 without approval

Damage Deposit
First Item
Leave a damage deposit with us and there are no additional fees for your insurance. In the event that damage is present at time of equipment check-in, we will use this money to cover repair(s) to the rented equipment. Amount varies per machine so call the store to get deposit amount.
Damage deposits MUST be cash or certified check
Option #3 (Enhanced)
Purchase Additional Insurance
First Item
Carson Rental & Supply can provide additional insurance. The purchase of insurance is determined at 15% of the base rental price.
